You don't have to settle! With your help, I'll make dog clothing that fits your dog, something that you both will love! Each item is custom-made and built to last, specifically for YOUR dog. Free minor alteration and/or repair is included for the life of your purchase. All you'll have to pay is the cost of shipping it to me. I'll ship it back for free too.
What to expect
- Your order will usually ship in 1 to 2 weeks. I'll let you know of significant changes in that schedule.
- I’ll confirm all information with you and ask questions as needed
- When it ships, you'll get an email with tracking information.
- Shipping method is usually USPS First Class for U.S. destinations. Please contact me for other arrangements.
- International shipping is on a case by case basis. Please contact me for a quote before you order. (add'l taxes/other costs are responsibility of buyer).
Exchanges and returns
I want you and your dog to LOVE your Made by De creation, but stuff happens. If you receive your Made by De creation and it doesn’t fit or you and your dog just don’t love it, please let me know.
- If I made a mistake, I’ll alter or remake the item for free, including shipping both ways.
- If I made it as directed, I’ll alter to fit if possible. If it’s necessary to remake, I'll do that at cost of materials and shipping.
- If I am unable to provide an item you and your dog love, return the item in new condition within 30 days of receipt and I’ll refund your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.
