- Your order will usually ship in 1 to 2 weeks. I'll let you know of significant changes in that schedule. Let me know if you need it by a certain date and I'll do what I can.

- Shipping method is usually USPS for U.S. destinations. Please contact me for other arrangements.
- International shipping is on a case by case basis. Please contact me for a quote before you order. (add'l taxes/other costs are responsibility of buyer).
I want you and your dog to LOVE your Made by De creation, but stuff happens. If you receive your Made by De creation and it doesn’t fit or you and your dog just don’t love it, please let me know.
- If I make a mistake, I’ll alter or remake the item for free, including shipping both ways.
- If I made it as directed, I’ll alter it to fit. If it’s necessary to remake the item, I'll do that at the cost of materials and shipping.
- If I cannot provide an item you and your dog love, return it in new condition within 30 days of receipt and I’ll refund your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.
